The JIMI Home flexible and durable retractable tape measure will be an essential tool in any work environment. Its streamlined design fits comfortably in the hand and is made of TPE material, making it drop-resistant. It measures in metric system only.

Retraction Prevention

Like other retractable tape measures, the JIMI Home tape measure is equipped with two brakes for its retraction. There is a button at the bottom that allows you to adjust the speed of the tape retraction or quickly take a measurement. On top is a switch which, when pushed down, locks the tape from retracting so that longer measurements or saved measurements can be taken.

Durable and Easy to Read Measure

The tape itself has been coated with nylon on both sides, making it more resistant to wear and tear and making the numbers and measurements easier to read. It is also flexible enough that it won’t tangle or break during use. Unlike metal tapes, nylon has no sharp edges, reducing the risk of injury.

Bridging the Gap

Often times, tape is used to measure lengths from the outside in and from the inside out. Because of this, the metal end of the tape is not permanently mounted, allowing for the difference in thickness to be accounted for in the final measurement.

Always with You

Thanks to the hook on the side of the case and the elastic cord at the back, the tape can be hung from the edge of a pocket, box, wrist or hanger in the workshop. This way, you can always have it with you whenever you need it.
